This pasta is dried the old-fashioned way using a slow, low-temperature method.

Tips and tricks :

Pour the elbows into boiling water and cook for 4-6 min. Serve with a knob of butter, a small slug of olive oil, tomato sauce or vegetables… To make it even more moreish, sprinkle with grated hard cheese (such as emmental). Organic pasta is naturally delicious.
